The potatoes are produced in all over the country. and are of numerous varieties, namely kufri jawahar, kufri ashka, kufri sutlej , kufri badshah , kufri pukhraj  .it is medium round oval shaped , creamy white fleat eyes, pale yellow in colour,

the produce is packed in jute/gunny bags containing 80kg  appx . they are earthy green colour ,have rich nutrient values . the availability of crop is around the year in different parts of country.our indian potatoes are highly in demand all over the world.

it is used   in almost every dish we prepare ,for  table purpose.
